Huntington WV 311 is a nonemergency service request system brought to you by the City of Huntington. The application allows you to submit, track and explore a variety of city service requests. These requests are forwarded to the relevant city service team to accept, review, update and resolve.
You can submit requests anonymously or sign in with an account using a valid email address. We highly recommend creating an account as you will then gain access to enhanced features and experience a more personalized service.
This application uses GPS to recognize your location and provides a large menu of common city service requests such as potholes and code enforcement issues. You also can upload photos to accompany your service request.
The application also contains a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section that contains information such as the city phone directory, city job openings, how to report criminal activity and where to find information about recycling, public health, voter registration and other issues.
